Roles:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat across our website and social media platforms.
• Share accurate details about our offerings, current deals, and order updates in a friendly, professional manner.

Contract Length: Ongoing permanent role with the flexibility to work hours that suit your schedule.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• A reliable computer and consistently fast internet connectivity.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Willingness to adhere to our procedures and uphold service excellence.
• Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
• Dependable broadband connection required to perform effectively.

Hours per Week: Set your own pace with weekly hours ranging from 5 to 40—complete control over your workload.
