Sales Chat Support Representative

Role Overview:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Location: Remote, US-based applicants only

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone conversations to understand their requirements and present tailored product recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive expertise across our entire product catalog so you can speak confidently about features, benefits, and combinations suited to individual customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with the broader sales department to identify high-potential prospects, nurture customer partnerships, and advance deals by being honest, helpful, and solution-focused.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with attentiveness and speed, ensuring every touchpoint leaves people feeling valued and supported.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer conversations and sales metrics within our CRM platform.
• Participate actively in team training events and check-ins to continuously grow your abilities and stay connected to company developments.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all kinds.
• Comfortable managing several customer conversations simultaneously while staying calm and organized under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass your sales targets.
• High school diploma or GED required at minimum; prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
