As we grow, we're seeking proactive team members ready to take charge of our social channels and build real connections across different platforms. You'll work entirely remote from any corner of the globe, providing excellent service by handling conversations through our website chat and social media outlets.

Roles:

• Responding to customer messages via our website live chat and social accounts, addressing questions about our offerings, services, and current promotions.
• Cultivating genuine relationships with our community members to foster a friendly, active environment.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection and an operational device (desktop, smartphone, or tablet) for work purposes.
• Familiarity with major social networks like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, or TikTok.
• No previous social media background required—we provide comprehensive training on our specific platforms and workflows.
• Responsible, well-organized, and capable of managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines consistently.

Location: Remote position open globally (applications from North American candidates are particularly encouraged).
