Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer messages via live chat on our website and social channels.
• Share product details and guide customers toward the best shipping solutions for their needs.
• Work through customer problems quickly and effectively.
• Treat every conversation as an opportunity to show customers they matter and earn their trust.

Rate:

• $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A working computer, phone, or tablet with stable internet you can count on.
• The ability to stay focused and committed to maintaining high team standards.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
• Fast, stable internet that won't let you down during your scheduled time.
