Usability Researcher - Mobile Apps (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Run usability tests across iOS and Android devices with real users.
• Watch and track how people interact with app features in their natural environment, then evaluate their overall satisfaction and user experience.
• Deliver actionable, research-backed insights that drive meaningful product improvements.

Requirements:

• Have access to either an iPhone or Android device for conducting research.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule with minimal oversight.
• Combine sharp observation skills with strong analytical thinking.
• Commit at least 5 hours per week to this role.
• Have dependable, high-speed internet for seamless team collaboration.

Contract Details:

• Ongoing contract with complete flexibility and no predetermined end date.
• Compensation: $35/hour, with potential for growth as you demonstrate expertise and take on larger projects.
