Virtual Assistant for YouTube – Entry Level (Remote / No Experience Required)

We're hiring organized, detail-oriented people to support YouTube creators as virtual assistants. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right and wants to jump into a new field, this could be perfect for you. We'll train you completely—no experience necessary.

What You'll Do:

• Post videos to creator channels while maintaining their style and branding standards.
• Reply to audience comments and messages across different social platforms.
• Craft engaging titles, write video descriptions, and select relevant tags based on creator direction.
• Track channel metrics and create weekly or monthly reports showing growth and engagement.

Compensation:

• $35 per hour

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Form meaningful partnerships with content creators as their go-to support person.
• Execute uploads flawlessly, making sure every detail matches what each creator wants.
• Contribute to growing channels by maintaining high standards in everything you do.

• A reliable computer or tablet to work on.
• Stable internet access throughout your scheduled hours.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow processes carefully, and comfortable communicating in English.

Experience & Training:

• Prior YouTube or social media work is not required—we hire people at any experience level.
• Complete training program included to get you confident with channel management right away.
