Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and social media messaging platforms.
- Resolve customer issues, recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs, and process discount codes as applicable.
- Maintain a friendly yet professional tone in all interactions that reflects our brand values.
Requirements:
- A working internet connection and any device—whether that's a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
- Self-directed approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Open to mastering our systems, processes, and company guidelines.
- Minimum 5 hours per week availability.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access.
Rate: $35 per hour, with opportunities for raises as you develop proficiency and demonstrate ongoing dedication.
