Work at Home Live Chat Support - Entry Level (No Experience)

We're expanding our customer support team and seeking friendly, articulate individuals to fill Live Chat Support Specialist positions. As our customers' first point of contact, you'll be answering their questions, resolving issues, and engaging with potential clients through live chat, email, and other messaging platforms. From longtime customers to brand new visitors, everyone will benefit from your assistance.

No prior customer service experience? No problem at all. We'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel prepared and confident on day one. The key quality we're looking for is excellent written communication—it's the foundation of meaningful customer interactions. Plus, we understand life happens, so we offer scheduling flexibility. Work a minimum of 10 hours weekly on your own terms, whenever works best for you.

What you'll be doing: You'll manage incoming customer messages via live chat on our site and social channels. Your days will involve troubleshooting problems for existing clients and answering product inquiries from prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: A functioning computer or mobile device with reliable internet connectivity. Independent work style with strong organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining our company's standards and guidelines. Capacity to work at least 10 hours each week. A stable internet connection is non-negotiable.
