Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions quickly and thoughtfully via live chat and messaging platforms.
- Walk customers through how to use our products, share information about current deals, and help them apply discount codes.
- Keep conversations warm and personable while ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied customer and a resolved issue.
Position Expectations:
- Write responses that are polished, easy to understand, and delivered without delay.
- Stay patient, professional, and helpful no matter what kind of customer you're dealing with.
- Manage multiple conversations at once without sacrificing either speed or quality.
Requirements:
- Strong command of written English with solid grammar and easy-to-follow communication.
- Experience in customer service or chat roles is a plus, but we'll train the right person with genuine enthusiasm.
- Dependable internet and a laptop, desktop, or tablet that's ready to work.
- Self-starter who can learn new tools and processes independently.
- Authentic desire to help customers get what they need.
- Self-directed contributor who also knows how to work well with others.
Rate: $35 per hour
Hours per Week: Build your own schedule between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
