What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat across our website and social media platforms.
- Recommend products that fit their needs, offer helpful advice, and apply promotions to improve their experience.
- Protect our brand image by engaging with customers in a friendly, empathetic manner at all times.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A reliable computer (desktop, laptop, phone, or tablet) and consistent internet access.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt as priorities shift and our business evolves.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Experience in chat support is a plus but absolutely not required—we'll train you completely to be successful in the role.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and workflow effectively.
