What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat across our website and social media platforms.
• Recommend products that fit their needs, offer helpful advice, and apply promotions to improve their experience.
• Protect our brand image by engaging with customers in a friendly, empathetic manner at all times.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A reliable computer (desktop, laptop, phone, or tablet) and consistent internet access.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt as priorities shift and our business evolves.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Experience in chat support is a plus but absolutely not required—we'll train you completely to be successful in the role.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and workflow effectively.
