You'll be connecting with people through live chat, listening to their challenges, and guiding them toward practical solutions. We're seeking someone who's naturally empathetic, communicates clearly, and genuinely wants to make customers' days better.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat covering product details, service features, pricing, and policy questions.
• Assist customers with account needs, including applying discounts, resolving technical problems, and providing order updates.
• Complete a comprehensive training program to ensure you're prepared and confident from your first day.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed:

• A dependable computer, phone, or tablet capable of running messaging apps and web browsers without issues.
• Self-motivation and the ability to take direction while committing to at least 10 hours weekly.
• Consistent, high-speed internet connectivity throughout your shifts.

Hours per Week: Flexible, between 10 and 40 hours
